Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our anaerobic digestion systems

What types of waste can be processed?

Our systems handle all organic waste including food scraps, kitchen waste, oils, fats, and organic materials from restaurants, hotels, and food processors.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary by system size. The W2W Basic 50 needs 2m x 1.5m, the Pro 150 needs 3m x 2m, and the Deluxe 250 needs 4m x 3m. Our team will assess your site during consultation.

What permits are required?

Most installations require EPA registration or licensing depending on scale. We assist with all permitting and regulatory compliance as part of our installation service.

How long does installation take?

Typical installation takes 2-4 weeks including site preparation, equipment installation, commissioning, and staff training.

What maintenance is required?

Regular maintenance includes daily monitoring, weekly cleaning, and quarterly servicing. We offer full maintenance contracts with remote monitoring and priority support.

Can I sell excess energy?

Yes, excess electricity can be fed back to the grid under Irish microgeneration schemes. We can help you navigate the SEAI Clean Export Guarantee.
